¾ fl oz Martini Rosso vermouth (Star anise infused)
fl oz Cinnamon sugar syrup
1/12 fl oz Caramel sugar syrup
3 drop Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged
1/12 fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into absinthe misted glass.

Garnish:

Star anise & lemon zest twist

Comment:

This slightly rich cocktail makes for a good after-dinner drink.

Origin:

Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Wade Cleophas while working on the Norwegian Escape Cruise Ship. (Wade’s recipe calls for 7.5ml caramel/cinnamon syrup but we used 5ml cinnamon and 2.5ml caramel.)

Inspiration: “This cocktail was crafted to complement and enhance all that Bacardí Gran Reserva 8 Años rum has to offer. The inspiration comes from a combination of two classic cocktails that perfectly marry carefully selected flavour enhancers. The specific mixture of ingredients reflects the heritage of travel associated with rum.”
