Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Wade Cleophas while working on the Norwegian Escape Cruise Ship. (Wade’s recipe calls for 7.5ml caramel/cinnamon syrup but we used 5ml cinnamon and 2.5ml caramel.)
