2 fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Maple syrup
Top up with Ginger ale

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale, lightly stir and serve with straws.

Garnish:

Apple wedge

Comment:

Scotch based drink for warm weather.

Adapted from a short drink created in 2005 by Tonin Kacaj at Maze, London, England.
