1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
Top up with Boiling water

How to make:

Place bar spoon in warmed glass. POUR all ingredients into glass and STIR.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg

A tangy, citrusy hot drink.
