How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 14 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1 14 fl oz Warninks Advocaat liqueur
1 14 fl oz Rhubarb syrup

Origin:

Created in 2002 by yours truly (Simon Difford).

The great British dessert (rhubarb and custard) inspired a cult children's TV cartoon in the 1970s. It featured a naughty pink cat called Custard and a green dog named Rhubarb who, like many British men, spent a lot of time in his garden shed.
