1 fl oz Rose petal liqueur
1 fl oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.




Light pink in colour and subtle in flavour with the salty tang of Fino sherry.


I created this drink in 2002 after trying Dick Bradsell's Lychee & Rose Petal Martini (also in this guide).
