½ fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Orange slice & cherry on stick (sail)

Comment:

Smooth and balanced with great rum character. Lime fresh and fruity sweet.
