1 fl oz Pear flavoured vodka
½ fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ fl oz Sauvignon blanc white wine
½ fl oz Pressed apple juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.

Apple fan

Comment:

Pear and elderflower lead this fruity drink.
