¾ fl oz Lejay Creme de Fraise (Strawberry) Liqueur
¼ fl oz Lejay Creme de Cassis de Dijon liqueur (18%)

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. FLOAT cream on drink. (It pays to whip cream first.)


Dust with chocolate powder


Dessert by name and dessert by nature. Wonderfully moreish, naughty but very nice.
