How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into chilled glass.

2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
14 fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup
16 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
16 fl oz La Fee Parisienne absinthe
16 fl oz Orange flower water

Comment:

Absinthe, almond, maraschino and orange flower blossom water make for a highly flavoured daiquiri.

Origin:

Created in 2008 by Marcis Dzelzainis at Quo Vadis, London, England. The name literally translates as 'goat sucker' and is the name given to a mythical Latin American creature that is said to kill goats and other small animals to then suck the blood out of them. The first reported incidences occurred in Puerto Rico in 1995 .
