1 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
½ fl oz Le Sirop de Monin Vanilla Sugar Syrup (Vanille)
2 dash Peach bitters
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.




So smooth this drink is almost creamy. Vanilla dominates with fruity hints of rum.
