How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

1 23 fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
13 fl oz Ricard Pastis
56 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
25 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
12 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
3 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
