Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick (sail)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 2⁄3 fl oz||Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky|
|1⁄3 fl oz||Ricard Pastis|
|5⁄6 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|2⁄5 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
|3 dash||Angostura or other aromatic bitters|
Pastis adds a pleasing hint of anise and liquorice to a classic Whisky Sour.
