How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. FLOAT layer of cream on drink.

2 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
1 spoon Robertson's mincemeat
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
12 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
