STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Comment:

Subtle ginger spice flavours this dry tequila martini-esque cocktail.

Origin:

Created in March 2008 by Dick Bradsell and Simon Difford at The Cabinet Room, London, England. I (Difford) upped the ginger liqueur from 15ml to 20ml in November 2016. I hope Dick would approve.
