Orange zest twist (flamed)
How to make:
STIR grapefruit preserve and rum in base of a shaker to dissolve the jam. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 spoon||Grapefruit preserve|
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur|
|1⁄2 fl oz||St Germain Elderflower Liqueur|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Cranberry juice|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Pomegranate juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
A twisted Daiquiri with rich berry fruit.
