3 spoon Rhubarb & orange preserve
2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice

How to make:

STIR preserve and rum in base of shaker to dissolve preserve. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Rhubarb and orange influence this Daiquiri twist.

Created in 2008 by Jamie MacDonald at Tigerlily, Edinburgh, England in honour of his good friend Sam Kershaw.
