How to make:

POUR wine and then elderflower liqueur into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda (or champagne), lightly stir and serve with straws.

2 fl oz Sauvignon blanc white wine
1 12 fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Top up with Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

Variant:

Also try 2 shots champagne, 1½ shots elderflower liqueur topped with soda.

Origin:

Created in 2006 by yours truly (Simon Difford) ahead of the launch of St-Germain elderflower liqueur. It went on to become the brand's signature drink.
