How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients. Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Grated lemon zest

Comment:

A flavour reminiscent of lemon meringue charged with light rum and enhanced with a dash of maraschino.
