1 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos Gran Reserva Rum
½ fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum (37.5%)
½ fl oz Triple sec liqueur
¼ fl oz Giffard Sirop de Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
½ spoon Black strap molasses
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.


Physalis (cape gooseberry)


Depending on the sweetness of your molasses, you may not need to add sugar syrup.
