How to make:

MUDDLE celery in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Short pale yellow stalk and leaf from celery heart

Comment:

A subtle vegetal note comes from the celery in this unusual aperitif cocktail.
