How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Float thin lemon wheel or dehydrated slice of lemon on surface
Irish whiskey with a splash of sweet vermouth, clove rich falernum and the all-important monastic liqueur.
Adapted from a drink created in 2010 by Donovan Sornig, Bar Manager at Bol Restaurant, Vail, Colorado. The drink was inspired by The Last Word created at the Detroit Athletic Club which Donovan grew up just four miles away from.
