How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda.

2 fl oz Irish whiskey
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
14 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
14 fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup
12 fl oz Soda (club soda) or sparkling water (optional)

Comment:

The gentle bite of Irish whiskey soured with lemon and sweetened with pomegranate syrup. The splash of soda which crowns this drink serves to lighten and add a touch of sparkle.

Origin:

An adaptation on Dale DeGroff's twist on the classic Jack Rose.
