How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

3 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
1 12 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
34 fl oz Lejay Creme de Fraise
16 fl oz Balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 pinch Black pepper
Top up with Brut Champagne

Fruity, slightly sweet strawberry, balanced and made interesting by vodka, balsamic vinegar and black pepper tingle.
