SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz Freshly extracted celery juice
14 fl oz Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse)
13 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
16 fl oz Lime cordial
16 fl oz Chardonnay white wine vinegar
2 dash Fee Brothers Celery Bitters
