½ fl oz Chartreuse Jaune (Yellow Chartreuse) Liqueur
¼ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 whole Egg (white & yolk)
1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg

With a whole egg, a shot of tequila, Jägermeister and Chartreuse, this is both a Death Flip and your last meal. Challenging herbal and bitter complexity yet with endearing sweet creaminess.
