fl oz Black raspberry liqueur
2 fresh Raspberries
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 fl oz Brut Champagne

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and lightly stir.

Garnish:

Lemon wedge, raspberry & blackberry

This long refreshing berry and champagne cocktail is a riff on Dick Bradsell’s Russian Spring Punch.
