How to make:

SHAKE first 9 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.

1 12 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
13 fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
16 fl oz Benedictine D.O.M.
16 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40%)
12 fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
16 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
1 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
1 dash Orange bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Our Comment:

This doesn't follow classic 'Singapore Sling' proportions or ingredients, nor does it follow what the modern day Raffles day hotel claims is the original formula, but it steals elements from all of these to produce a tall, fruity, balanced cocktail.
