How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Old Tom gin
34 fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
12 fl oz Fino sherry
14 fl oz Pierre Ferrand Curacao
1 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
12 fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

Fino sherry adds a slight salty 'surf' note to this riff on the classic Turf Club Cocktail.
