How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass over champagne.

Garnish:

Pear slice on rim

Comment:

As the name suggests pear and almond are the main flavours with calvados providing backbone and hints of apple, while champagne dries and adds flavoursome effervescence.
