Vanilla-infused vodka and zesty grapefruit with dry vermouth balancing and botanical complexity.
Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) and named after Velvet Maker, the filly who won the 15:05 at the wonderfully named Fairyhouse racecourse in Ireland on 31st January 2015 - the day I first made this drink.
