Lemon & orange zest twists (discarded) and float 3 coffee beans

Comment:

Tequila and lavender are a match made in heaven, made more complex with herbal wine notes from the vermouth, aromatised by delicately fruity maraschino cherry.

Origin:

Created in Bermondsey, London in 2014 by yours truly (Simon Difford) and adapted from the New York Minute, originally by Luke Whearty at Der Raum, Melbourne.
