Orange slice or wedge

The drink that led to both the Negroni and the Americano.

Created at Milan’s Caffè Camparino in the 1860's, the Milano-Torino name is after the ingredients: Campari is from Milan (Milano in Italian) and sweet vermouth traditionally comes from Turin (Torino in Italian). It is said that later soda water was added to the Milano-Torino to create the Americano. The Milano-Torino also morphed into the Negroni with gin added.
