How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Patron Silver tequila
12 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
12 fl oz Manzanilla Sherry
34 fl oz Pamplemousse rosé (pink grapefruit) liqueur
34 fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

Comment:

This tequila-based cocktail is bitter before turning bittersweet, then finishes with a long bitter finish. It won't be for everybody but for those who appreciate the flavour of gentian liqueur will appreciate this drink for its simplicity and originality.
