How to make:

POUR mezcal into chilled glass and swirl to coat. Discard excess mezcal. STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into mezcal rinsed glass.

Garnish:

Lemon and orange zests (discarded) & 3 coffee beans floated on drink

Comment:

Perhaps not a Bourbon Street staple but characterful nonetheless with tequila, mezcal, aromatised wine, maraschino and orange bitters.
