How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
34 fl oz Triple sec liqueur
34 fl oz Skinos Mastiha
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 dash Bob's Bitters Peppermint bitters
12 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

Mastiha and peppermint bitters bring minty freshness to this riff on the classic White Lady.

Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) in August 2015 at the Cabinet Room, London, England. Inspired after making the same drink with white crème de menthe (Minty White Lady) and wondering how it would be with mastiha.
