fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
½ fl oz Sauvignon blanc white wine
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Pisco, pineapple and Sauvignon Blanc wine are a match made in heaven, while gentian liqueur provides complex underlying gentian bittersweet notes.
