How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with grapefruit soda.

1 fl oz Del Maguey VIDA mezcal
34 fl oz Ancho Reyes
1 12 fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
14 fl oz AquaRiva agave syrup
Top up with Grapefruit soda

Comment:

Mezcal provides a subtle hint of smokiness while chilli liqueur adds hot spice. The other guests to Paloma's party bring fruity honeyed sweetness.
