How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
34 fl oz Triple sec liqueur
34 fl oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 drop Bob's Bitters Peppermint bitters
12 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

White crème de menthe and peppermint bitters bring minty freshness to this not so innocent lady in white.

A minty riff on the classic White Lady created by yours truly (Simon Difford) in August 2015 at the Cabinet Room, London, England.
