How to make:

MUDDLE chilli in base of SHAKER. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 slice Jalapeño or Fresno chilli pepper (fine sliced)
1 23 fl oz Absolut Vanilia vodka
12 fl oz Elderflower cordial
23 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
13 fl oz Honey sugar syrup
