How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum (infused with vanilla)
1 fl oz Mead
1 14 fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
14 fl oz Honey water (3 honey to 1 water)
1 dash Vanilla Bitters

Comment:

Ripe pineapple, rich vanilla and honey laced with rum. The use of mead in this drink inspired the ‘Mediocre’ name.
