How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

Boozy with bready genever, pear, citrus and faint rich honey.

Origin:

Created in 2016 by Jan Halfpap at Bar Le Lion, Hamburg, Germany. This riff on the classic Journalist cocktail is named after a Dutch journalist called Robert Savelberg who lives and works in Berlin. Savelberg became famous in Germany due to his critical questioning during a press conference held over the coalition agreement of the new Federal Government in October 2009, and a subsequent satirical movie made by ZDF.
