1⅔ fl oz Cognac
fl oz King's Ginger Liqueur
fl oz Stone's Original
1 fl oz Pressed pear juice
fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

3 dots Jerry Thomas' bitters
