fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky
½ fl oz Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur
½ fl oz Punt E Mes vermouth
fl oz Cinnamon sugar syrup

How to make:

THROW all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of ice block).


Lemon zest twist, rosemary sprig & smouldering cinnamon stick


A twist of the classic Vieux Carre with scotch substituting rye whisky and cherry wine in place of vermouth. The bitter balance is provided by aromatised wine.

Georgia's original and authentic recipe calls for Gravino Cherry wine (not cherry brandy), Reina Lab Spiced Rosemary syrup (rather than cinnamon sugar syrup) and the addition of her own Reina Lab Sinner Bitters.
