How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Cognac
23 fl oz Disaronno Originale amaretto
12 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
23 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 dash Peach bitters
1 dash Black walnut bitters
14 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
