fl oz Coconut sugar syrup
fl oz Giffard Passion Fruit (Fruit de la Passion) Syrup
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Pineapple, cherry & paper parasol

Comment:

Rum and pineapple strike up a tropical harmony, helped by coconut, passionfruit and orange.

Adapted from a recipe promoted by Giffard in June 2016 with the launch of their Caribbean Pineapple liqueur.
