A bite sized bittersweet aperitif style cocktail.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Daniel Seehuusen at Park, Göteborg, Sweden. Daniel's original recipe called for equal parts Suze, Eau de Vie de Poire de Normandie and Cointreau and he named this cocktail after those three French ingredients: Suze, first presented at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1889, Cointreau from Angers and Eau de Vie de Poir from Normandy, which when plotted on a map form a triangle.
