1⅔ fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Heather honey

How to make:

MUDDLE sage in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Dietrich's original recipe calls for 10 fresh micro sage leaves rather than the 2 regular sage leaves we’ve used.

Garnish:

Fresh sage & dehydrated apple slice
