1 fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
1 fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
1 fl oz St. George Spiced Pear liqueur
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Cucumber sugar syrup

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube of block ice). Note: Bryson’s original recipe called for Uncouth Vermouth Apple Mint but as this is hard to obtain in Europe we substituted dry vermouth.
