2 fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
2 fl oz Mediterranean tonic water

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice). TOP with tonic.
