1⅔ fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
1⅔ fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 Splash Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. TOP with soda.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade honey and rosemary syrup

Garnish:

Salt & brown sugar rim, garnish with rosemary sprig & pink grapefruit wedge.
