fl oz Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse) Liqueur
fl oz Fino sherry
fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
5 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

Special ingredient #1: Homemade saffron syrup (200ml water, 200g sugar and pinch saffron)

Garnish:

Red apple slices & lemon zest twist
